01 Acceptance of terms
By accessing garmania.in or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Return Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this site or place an order.
02 Eligibility & accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old, or place orders with the involvement of a parent or guardian, to use this site.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate, current shipping and contact information so your order reaches you.
03 Products & made-to-order grinding
Garmania operates on a made-to-order model: we do not maintain finished-goods inventory. Once an order is placed, products are baked, quality-checked, and ground within approximately 32 hours before dispatch.
Product descriptions, weights, and images (including Kashmiri Chilli Powder, Wayanad Black Pepper, Turmeric Powder, Arabica Coffee, and other items listed on our store page) are provided as accurately as possible. Minor variations in colour, texture, or aroma are natural and expected, as each batch is freshly ground from raw agricultural produce.
04 Pricing & payment
- All prices on garmania.in are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to change prices for products at any time; the price charged will be the price displayed at the time you place your order.
- Payment must be completed in full at checkout through the payment methods made available on the site.
- In the rare event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing the order, and you may choose to proceed at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.
05 Order processing & shipping
- Order received and payment confirmed.
- Spice/coffee batch baked, ground, and quality-checked (within approx. 32 hours).
- Order packed and handed to our courier partner.
- Tracking details shared with you via email or WhatsApp where available.
Delivery timelines depend on your location and the courier partner, and are estimates rather than guarantees. Delays caused by courier networks, weather, or circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of Garmania, though we will assist in tracking and resolving delivery issues.
06 Acceptable use of the site
When using garmania.in, you agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, other users’ accounts, or order data.
- Copy, scrape, or reproduce site content, product photography, or copy for commercial use without permission.
- Submit false information when creating an account or placing an order.
07 Intellectual property
All content on garmania.in — including the Garmania name, logo, product photography, packaging design, and written content — is the property of Garmania or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use this content without our prior written consent.
08 Health disclaimers
Our products are food items, not medicines or dietary supplements intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you have a medical condition, allergy, or are pregnant or nursing, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant dietary changes.
09 Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Garmania shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products, beyond the value of the order in question. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under applicable Indian consumer protection law.
10 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of garmania.in shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having authority over Wayanad, Kerala.
11 Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The “Last reviewed” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
