Shipping Policy
Freshness Takes Time, But Not Too Much.
Because we manufacture your product after you order it to ensure maximum potency, our shipping timeline is slightly different from standard retailers.
Step 1: Mandatory AI Verification Call
Before processing, you will receive an automated call from our AI Partner (Shiprocket) to verify your mobile number.
- You MUST answer this call to confirm the order.
- If the call is not answered, the order will be automatically considered cancelled.
- Refunds for unverified orders will be processed after a deduction for processing fees.
32-Hour Processing
Every order requires up to 32 hours for production, quality checking, and packing. We do not ship “off the shelf.”
Dispatch
Once your fresh batch is ready, it is handed over to our logistics partners.
Failed Delivery & Deductions
Our products are “Grind-on-Order” specifically for you. We cannot resell returned items to other customers.
- You do not answer the delivery agent’s call
- Your provided address is incorrect or mismatched
…the order will be returned to us, and your refund will be subject to significant deductions.
- Delivery Estimates: Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days depending on location.
- Tracking: You will receive a tracking link via email/SMS once shipped.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of food products and our strict hygiene standards, Garmania does not accept returns on opened products.
Wrong Item Received?
STRICT RULE: DO NOT OPEN THE POUCH.
If you receive a wrong item, do not break the seal. Once opened, we cannot accept it back.
Requirement for Replacement/Refund:
- You must make a clear video showing the wrong item.
- The pouch must be sealed and unopened in the video.
- Send this video to us within 24 hours of delivery.
Taste & Preference
As our products are natural, flavor profiles may vary slightly. We cannot offer refunds based on personal taste preferences.
Cancellation Policy
Since we manufacture your specific batch specifically for you, we have specific cancellation rules.
24-Hour Cancellation Window
Cancellation is available within 24 hours of placing your order, provided the item has not yet been shipped.
Once the tracking number is generated, cancellation is strictly not possible.
How to Cancel: Please email us or WhatsApp us immediately with your Order ID.
Privacy Policy
Garmania respects your privacy. We collect only the information necessary to process and deliver your order (Name, Address, Phone Number, Email).
